Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where are the jobs located?
– We service private houses located in various suburbs of Perth Metropolitan Area. Once we know your location, we assign you houses as close to your suburb as possible. You need to keep in mind that Perth is a big city, so the driving time may vary from 10 to 30 minutes (sometimes more depending on the transit conditions).

2. How many houses a day will I clean?
Our cleaners have a choice to clean 1 or 2 houses a day, (We don’t have night or weekend shifts).
Options available:
– Morning shifts only
      – (8 am – 12/1 pm)
      – 1 house per day
– Afternoon shifts only
      – (1/2 pm – 4/5 pm)
      – 1 house per day
– Mix of mornings and afternoons
      – 1 or 2 houses per day
– Mornings + afternoons
      – (8 am – 12 pm) + (1 pm – 4/5 pm)
      – 2 houses per day
– School hours
      – (9 am – 1/2 pm)
      – 1 house per day

3. What am I doing in each house?
Our general cleaning service will include the cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms, floors and dusting accessible surfaces. Additional tasks like windows, walls, oven, or areas not accessible from floor level are not included in our scope of work. You’ll be using your own cleaning products and equipment to perform all the above-mentioned tasks.

4. What equipment/products do I need to start working?
– Good quality vacuum cleaner (in a good working order and with a cord. Stick vacuum cleaners with a battery won’t be accepted).
– Mop (flat mop with a cloth pads or regular): in both cases we need you to have multiple exchangable heads so you’ll have a fresh mop for each job
– Plenty of cloths (we recommend at least 10 cloths for each house)
– Cleaning products (all products required to do a thorough cleaning, including eco friendly products option)
– Buckets to carry the products and mopping.

5. What time does the work start?
You’ll usually start cleaning the first house at 8 am, and the second at 1 pm with 1 hour break in between the houses.

6. Can I work together with my partner?
We send out just 1 cleaner per house for logistic reasons (to reduce your driving time).

7. I don’t have a car, can I use public transportation, bike or a motorcycle?
Unfortunately not. You’ll have (your own) cleaning products and equipment, which you’ll transport from suburb to suburb.

8. I have applied, and I haven’t heard from you. Why?
We give priority to candidates:
– with a car, Police Clearance and ABN available
– with at least 3 full weekdays available
– with residential cleaning experience
– living within Perth Metropolitan Area
